★ Using my art for personal use is allowed. If you're sharing the commissioned work on any platform, you must give proper credits to the artist (me).
★ Using my art for commercial purposes is NOT allowed.
★ The use of commissioned works for NFT/AI generation is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
★ Every commission will come with a subtle signature that you are prohibited from removing.

PAYMENT AND REFUND
★ Payment via PayPal invoices only. I am not responsible for any external fees charged during this step.
★ Prices will be in USD and ARS
★ After accepting your commission, full payment upfront is required. I won't start the commission until payment is sent.
★ Complex designs will be simplified. If the character design is still too complex and/or you want to keep key complex design elements, additional charges will be added starting from 10 USD
★ I will not accept any bargain attempt.
★ NO REFUNDS unless, under critical circumstances, I'm unable to finish the commission.COPYRIGHT1. The artist (Hayilium) claims the full rights of the produced artwork. Moreover, the artist reserves the rights to:
★ Share commissioned works in their social media accounts.
★ Include commissioned works in their portfolio, commission sheets, samples/promotional samples, etc.
★ Reproduce/Recreate/Edit a commission piece for merchandising.NOTE: if you want to keep your commission private, you must state your intention clearly in your request.2. The following points are considered copyright infringement:
★ Claim the commissioned work as your own.
★ Reproduce/Use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (which means making money off it in any way).
★ Modify or edit the commissioned work.
★ Removing the artist's signature.
★ Share the commissioned work without proper credit.

1) You contact me at [email protected]. I can ask you any clarifying questions.After reading the request form, send me everything requested. I'll provide a quote based on what you've provided.
Full payment upfront before First update.
2) First Update: Sketch
I'll make a sketch. Together we find the best pose and the perfect angle view for idea.There may be up to three revisions, if there are more changes an extra charge will be made.
3) Second Update: Once I have your approval of the sketch, I will proceed to the lineart and apply the base color.
4) Final Update: Render
After Flat Color is approved, I render, add effects and background design. At this stage, there may be minor edits, such as color change, adding missing details or correction of proportions and shapes

El plazo podría retrasarse dependiendo del número de encargos que tenga.
